Our processing time typically ranges between 1 - 2 business days. Custom orders and special requests may take additional processing time, which we would be happy to discuss before orders are placed.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to understaffed carriers and other carrier delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other supply chain issues. Once the package is scanned by a carrier, we no longer have control over the package.
